YoLarates™️ is Cheshire, CT's first barre class, created by Master Barre Instructor Lara Foldvari in 2009
The BOG has classic, authentic American barre and original Lotte Berk barre classes for EVERYONE (men & women in all stages of life with varying degrees of experience). All classes can be customized for where YOU are today. We are livestream on zoom (the first livestream barre classes offered in Cheshire since March 16, 2020)
