The BOG- Barre On the Go

YoLarates™️ is Cheshire, CT's first barre class, created by Master Barre Instructor Lara Foldvari in 2009

The BOG has authentic, classic American barre, original Lotte Berk, and Callanetics®  classes for EVERYONE (men & women in all stages of life with varying degrees of experience).  All classes can be customized for where YOU are today.  We are livestream on zoom (the first livestream barre classes offered from Cheshire since March 16, 2020)

Reservations and pre-payment required for ALL classes

Please arrive early or on-time for class as we cannot always let you into our livestream class after we have started class.  No-shows will forfeit a class if on a pass, or will be charged $5.00 if on a membership.
